I still think about this series because I absolutely love it. Honestly, there will be mixed reviews for that, ACOTAR, CC, plenty of series in general. I find its probably better to just ignore the reviews for the time being and see how you feel about it. The first book (to me) is the weakest but book 2 onward is amazing (not that the first book isnt good). And yes, all of the characters you grow to love because they are just so fun and full of life and emotion.
