I am reading a book called Pigeon-Blood Red and listening to the audiobook of Sacrificial Animals
Wood Working by Emily St James as part of the most recent Goodreads challenge. I'm only a fifth of the way through it. Also, on audiobook, I'm listening to The Forgotten Garden by Kate Morton, which I first read years ago.

The Wildelings by Lisa Harding I like this author and parts of this book are compelling, but finding it gets wrapped up in overdrawn language and scenes. It has become too long for what it is trying to say.
