Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them question

I just remembered a book that I am trying to find. It is about a girl who is in some dystopian type of pod society. In the beginning she has an arranged marriage to an old man. She has to walk on a treadmill every day to get energy cubs which is the food. The old man dies and she gets a new husband that cries all the time. She eventually goes to work at a nursery and tries to escape. There’s something with bicycles as well. She also becomes friends with one of the guards in the town.
