Martha (marthag503) | 517 comments Beat the Backlist Reading Challenge All books need to be published by 2023. My challenge books overlap and this is a good one to clear my tower of books.

Decided not to do this challenge.

Martha (marthag503) | 517 comments Ten books to go. Averaging 5 books per month, I'll likely complete this challenge.

3. A book that fits a suggestion that didn’t make the final list
7. A book with a pronoun in the title
11. A book with an X connection
12. A book that has been on your TBR for over a year
16. A book related to the phrase "It's Raining Cats and Dogs" Plan to read Familiaris (currently reading)
26. A book by an author known by their initials
35. A science or science fiction book
37. A book that is part of a series
40. A book involving a wild animal or endangered species, in the content, title, or on the cover
46. A book related to night

I'm not surprised that the majority of the last prompts are cover/title challenges. Those are always my least favorite prompts to do. Series, related to night, science (Nonfiction November), suggestion that didn't make the list, and on my TBR for over a year will definitely be read. I'm past the 50% mark in dogs/cats read so that will be covered. Everything else is dependent on what I read and what fits the title/cover prompts.
