I don’t think the girlhood line was entirely about virginity, I mean in the prologue for Speak Now TV Taylor described the persons she wrote Speak Now as, "Vibrantly aglow with the last light of the setting Sun of my childhood,” which led me to believe the girlhood line is at least partly about that last bit of childhood he took from her by being an ass.
