Starter Villain by John Scalzi. 'Loved it, but he is one of my favorite authors. I love both his humor and more dramatic works, but his one definitely falls in the former category. I gave it five stars. I mean, how would you react if you found out an uncle you barely knew died, and he was the world's alpha supervillain, and he left you his empire? Yikes!
