What is the last book you read, and how much did you rate it?
Harry Potter and the chamber of secret - 3 stars
The Perfect Son- Frieda Mcfadden. I give it a 3.5. the story flowed well, but the twist I saw it coming, it was just too obvious and the urge to make the readers believe otherwise was over done.

metal slinger by rachel Schneider it was a 5 star read for me
the unknown beloved by amy harmon. i rated it 4 stars, although it might be a little higher than 4 stars (but not quite 5).
Rx by Rachel Lindsay. Rated 5 star for its relevance and dramatic story telling through lines.
Going Postal by Terry Pratchett - 5 stars all day, hilarious and fantastical, you just gotta roll with the punches

Thrown to the wolves. I rated this a 5 ⭐. it had humour, romance, sass, and grumpy characters. loved it light reading after a deep serious read.
THE CLOSERS, by Michael Connelly. I rated it a 4.5 Good read, easy to follow and I liked the storyline. It was just a little long for me this time. I highly recommend this crime thriller on a cold case file. You won’t be disappointed.

We Spread, by Iain Reid. Rated it 4 stars because it surprised me with how good it was.
I read a few standard Arabic and Persian/Farsi exercise book with practicing my penmanship, but just prior to those, I also read Empresses of Seventh Avenue: World War II, New York City, and the Birth of American Fashion by Nancy MacDonell, which was so interesting to read about the history of fashion in this era.
'Brutes' by Dizz Tate... 2/5 stars it was like a fever dream in the worst way

I've just finished reading episode 3. It ends in the same fashion as the previous two: it doesn't. This I believe, I hope, tells us that there will be a 4th at some point.
I'm told the author won't be spending his days in front of a computer for some time yet.
