All characters are accepted. New religions, worlds, occupations, etc. need to be recorded (in detail) in the appropriate topic so they can be listed and used again by other members, but yes, new ideas are always accepted.

What kind of powers can you use? What's the limit in terms of power?

At this point, it's your invention, really, so long as it relates to your occupation. One or two powers per character, preferably.

Can it relate to your religion? And are there any level as this is a RPG?

Yes, it can relate, and can you please reword that last query, sorry.

Are there any levels in this like dungeon and dragons?

No levels, only Skill Levels in characters. This includes ranking and what your character can do in terms of power.
