Author, Q&A, and Giveaway Policies

- Please do not join the group to only advertise your books.
- Keep self promotion to the Author Area. Do not spam other topics by talking about your book.
- Do not make multiple topics about your book in the Author folder or anywhere else in the group.
- If you have multiple books/series keep it all in one topic.
- Your own book can't be suggested for the BOTM.
- Do not make fake accounts to suggest your book for the BOTM.
- Do not ask any of the moderators to add your book to the group bookshelf, BOTM, or ask them to make topics about your book.
- We do not do read for review type things.
-Authors found violating any one of these rules will be warned once. Second offenders will be removed.
-Authors should also review Goodreads Author Guidelines
Group Giveaway Policy
- At least 2 weeks notice must be given before the start of the giveaway.
- State whether the giveaway is for an ebook or a print book.
- State whether the giveaway is international, U.S. only, U.S. and Canada only, etc.
- Winners are selected randomly by the Moderators.
- Moderators have the right to decline giveaways.
- Do not ask for multiple giveaways within 6 months from the previous time you asked, even if you did not get to have a giveaway.
Q&A Policy
- At least 2 weeks notice must be given before the start of the Q&A.
- Must be on a weekend. Can be both on Saturday and Sunday or one of those days.
- Moderators have the right to decline Q&As.
- Do not ask for multiple Q&As within 6 months from the previous time you asked, even if you did not get to have a Q&A.
