Gays of Goodreads discussion

Does anyone read multiple books at ounce? This is something I obsess over but then end up sticking to just one book. But there are so many stories/topics/genres that I want to cover.

If you read more than one book how many is your limit? Please share your strategies.

I do this all the time! Sometimes, I read a story and get to a part that is very emotional or a part where a character had made a decision that I don't agree with. I would put the book down and start a new or old one just to get my mind out of that sad or 'disappointed' mindset.

I usually do come back to the story later on. It may take a day or two though.
