Also, just finished Fourth Wing, so I think my realistic pacing for a book is off. Like I've forgotten what good writing looks like. LOL

The constant quoting of Shakespeare was a real pain by the end.

I have been thinking about the book a lot, though, and I think at some point I'll read it again more thoroughly.


I agree that there is a lot of Shakespearean quotes, but I found it very helpful to listen to the audiobook specifically for that aspect of the book. I liked the book, but it definitely wasn't what I was expecting! Looking forward to reading the other books for this month!!!
I almost DNF'd this one. I stuck it out and the ending saved it for me. The first 75% for me was just boring and drawn out and lots of Shakespeare. In the end because of the end lol I gave it 3 stars.
