Just wanted to double check, we just read and post for page pts correct? I will be out of the country from Thurs until Sun, so I wont be able to post my books until we get back

I think since we landed on Tolkien Railroad and need 4,000 pages, we read whatever books we want for the total pages and get bonus points if we read something by Tolkien.

So no spreadsheet to keep track of anything, just post reviews and page counts on the review thread, correct?

I believe so. Since it's just page points, I don't think the mods made a spreadsheet or anything. Especially since the unused pages move over into the next roll

If someone is planning on reading a book specific for what we land on, then we should just communicate that so we don’t accidentally skip over it since we get more points or something.

Got you all checked in up to here. I won't be able to do scores tonight - way too tired. So don't worry about the page limit - I can roll many times when doing score updates.

I unfortunately didn't get the reading I wanted down this weekend. I do have an audiobook going and I plan to have my ebook done soon and posted. Both books are over 300 pages.

Ok, I didn't see this message before and now I'm a little confused. I posted 3 books that I finished over the last few days. I guess I thought we were still working on the 4000 page task. Was I not supposed to?

It's okay we are at 2865/3400 for Shatter Me if my math is right. It's just if we cross the 3400 before Ashlyn and I can finish and post our Shatter Me reviews then we lose out on those bonus points.

Yeah, we haven't completed the task yet, but no one should post any more reviews until Jessica and Ashlyn post their Shatter Me books

I think it might be over the page number now, Erica posted 4 books

I'm gonna post on the review thread and see if we can bank those pages until we get the bonus points. Alaina might not let us, but it would be nice if she does

Ah, so you said "someone" was working on the shatter me book. Then I saw Ashlyn's post. I didn't know another person was reading it as well.

If you want, you can post jessica's book but put it on hold until you hit the space again. Trust me, you will hit that space again lol

sorry i was out of country and didnt see any messages. are we always holding off on books? is there somewhere we can post and then when ready they can be transferred over? i have lots of BR books planned this month and will be confusing for me if I dont post them somewhere

I’d say just check this thread before posting if someone says to hold off on posting, then post in this one instead of the review thread and someone will post them for you when it’s time.
