**The Story:**In the aftermath of the devastating nuclear destruction that obliterated the east coast of the United States, a stark new reality emerged, forever altering the course of human history. The devastation above Virginia sent shockwaves throughout the remaining parts of the country, setting in motion a series of events that would redefine the very essence of American society. As the dust settled, the once-mighty United States of America fragmented into a patchwork of shattered states, each grappling with its own unique set of challenges. In the wake of the disaster, power vacuums emerged, and various factions vied for control over the remnants of the nation.

In the northeastern states that had been ravaged by nuclear fire, survivors struggled to adapt to the bleak new environment. Many turned to scavenging, forming nomadic groups that roamed the desolate landscape in search of food, clean water, and shelter. The ruins of once-great cities like New York and Boston served as both haunting reminders of the past and valuable sources of salvageable resources. In the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast, some power-hungry politicians seized the opportunity to consolidate their authority and establish new governments. Some were well-intentioned, seeking to rebuild a semblance of order and provide for their communities. Others, however, descended into ruthless dictatorships, exploiting the chaos to assert control and suppress dissent.

Across the remaining states, people had to adapt quickly to the harsh realities of post-apocalyptic life. Famine and resource scarcity became ever-present threats, leading to desperate struggles for survival. Many communities turned to farming and trade to secure their sustenance, while others fell into chaos and internal strife, descending into civil war as they vied for control over dwindling resources. In the West, states like California and Oregon managed to maintain a semblance of stability, with well-organized leadership and abundant resources. These regions became beacons of hope for survivors from the East, drawing refugees seeking safety and a chance at rebuilding their lives.

In this fractured and uncertain world, the remnants of the U.S. government continued to exist in some form, but their influence was limited, and their reach extended only as far as their ability to maintain communication and transportation networks. The once-unified nation had given way to a complex tapestry of survival, struggle, and, in some cases, resilience. As time passed, various factions and settlements began to emerge, each with its own unique culture, values, and aspirations. This fractured landscape would set the stage for large-scale role-playing adventures, as players navigated the challenges of this post-apocalyptic world, forged alliances, uncovered secrets of the past, and determined the fate of their respective regions and the future of humanity itself.

**The Idea of the Server:**One massive world made up of smaller pieces called territories. Eventually I want to create weekly and monthly events like leadership parties, wars, natural disasters, all sorts of stuff.

Each Territory has their own government; democracy, Communist, Fascist, monarchy, aristocracy, Oligarchy, theocracy, republic, etc.Whoever wants to start a territory can, creating a government, a capital, laws of the land back, history, etc. There is no limits to the territory laws (besides the server rules). Want to be a warmongering dictator? Do it. Want to Create a utopia? Go ahead and try! You want to create a safe haven from the rest of the wasteland to any all refugees that wish to join? Sounds like a blast. If you want slaves have them. But remember slaves can rebel. Utopias can be challenged. Dictators fall. Just because you're in power today does not mean you will be tomorrow.

Territories are subject to rebellion, invasion, subjugation, and more. Make sure you have allies. These sorts of moments will be in the form of events. To be decided later among the players in that territory.

FAQ**Can you move between territories?** Yes! You can absolutely travel to different places and speak with different leaders and people. But you must obey their laws and if you're starting at A you will have to travel through B to get to C.

**Does a territory need to have a government? **No! You can definitely create a territory without a central government, like the wild west or just complete anarchy where raiders rein. Though some may try to unite it and/or take it over.

**Can there be multiple leaders?** Yes! A monarchy can have a king and queen. Dukes. Countess. Etc. Federations, republics and the like can all have a president, senate, governors, or even a council of leaders. Certain governments can not (example tyrants rule alone) but some 100% can.

SFW/NSFW Available. This is a Discord Server. Please message me if interested or you have any questions.

P.S. We are just starting but everyone is welcome.
