I'm thinking of starting a bookstagram and swiftie account and I don't really know how this works and what kind of posts could I do to keep the account active once I start it. Any ideas?

You can ask swiftie related questions like "whats your favorite song on (album name)" or "which taylor songs match up with your fave book" idk stuff like that :)
