Charli Reader (charliauthor) | 28 comments Hello! I'm hoping someone can help me because i've logged a support ticket and its not going well.

I downloaded my own book from KU and have added notes/highlights as normal in the kindle app. However, when i went onto the desktop to toggle the notes on/off, the page basically glitches, returns me to the home page with a red banner at the top saying Could Not Find Kindle Notes & Highlights For That User.

I found a help room that suggested checking that it was the same edition why this could be happening but since doing so, its still happening. To further confuse things, my book had 40 ratings and 33 reviews, including mine that i posted in 2022 when it was released.
My review has since disappeared along with all reading activity on the book that i've done.

The main issue then is not being able to share the kindle notes/highlights but since trying to fix this, the review thing has happened so now i'm totally confused.

Can someone help with this at all please because its not happening for any other books.

The other support ticket said to check if i have different emails for kindle/goodreads which i dont. as i said, this glitch isnt happening with any of the other books ive read using the same app, desktop, amazon, email, etc.
