Courtney Dixon (courtneywdixon) | 63 comments Hi, I have a question about some old books I'm rewriting. I'm an MM author, but I wasn't always. I have a couple of MF books within a series that I am converting to MM in order to market them. Once I do that, they will be pretty much new books, with one of the characters having different names and gender. I will be removing the old MF books from Amazon.

But I don't know what to do on Goodreads. Those old MF books will eventually no longer be sold. I don't want to combine editions because they won't be the same edition and will have different AISN numbers. The older ones will have reviews from different characters. I want reviews for the updated books to reflect the new books. Does that make sense?

I'm not sure how it will look with two books that say 'Pura Vida' but are different on the inside. Can we remove the old MF books when I get the new ones up? If I keep up the two different versions separately, won't readers get confused between the MF one and the MM one?

Thanks for any help you can provide.
