The reason for having two ebook editions is that one of them is a Kindle edition with an ASIN and the other is an ebook with an ISBN. Goodreads considers Kindle (with an ASIN) and ebooks sold outside Amazon (typically but not mandatorily with ISBN) different editions. If the book is only sold in Amazon, the ebook edition can be merged, but only staff can do that and you will usually need to contact support.
Another issue is that the Kindle has the ISBN10 that belongs on the ebook edition. This is because when a librarian created the ebook (which they erroneously set as a Kindle), they didn't add the ISBN10, and the bot (see above) also added a few million ISBNs to Kindle editions. Only staff can resolve this. I can make the staff requests for you, but please let us know first if the ebook was sold outside Amazon.

Thanks again!
If there is no purpose to this dual listing, is it possible to combine the paperback versions into one and the ebook versions into one, so that there are only 3 version of my book (paperback, ebook, audiobook) rather than 5 (2 paperback, 2 ebook, 1 audiobook)?
Thanks,
