Just for fun, looking at numbers on my bookshelf, it'd be something like:
1 - One for the Money
2 - A Tale of Two Cities
3 - Three Act Tragedy
4 - Sing the Four Quarters
5 - Five Minutes Alone
6 - Six Gothic Tales
7 - The house of Seven gables
8 - Your Eight O'Clock is dead
9 - Nine Coaches Waiting
10 - Ten Big Ones
11 - Station Eleven
12 - Twelve Sharp

That was fun my personal library wouldn't fill out the clock.
1- Edmund Persuader VOLUME1
2- The second Duchess
3- The Third Heiress
4- Four Sisters all Queens
5
6- The Last wife of Henry the VIII
7
8- The eight
9
10- Ten Thousand Islands
11-
12- Midnight Star

Would love something like this in my library but it would have to be waaay scaled down for my small room.

Get any fun comments on it yet? Was it easy to do? Happy with how it looks?

Thanks.

Actually, yeah. I posted a couple pics on Facebook and I've gotten comments from some authors! Funny thing is, almost everyone who has commented has said the same thing: "Cool!" :-)
Was it easy to do?
Not too difficult. Had to set up a scaffold propped on two ladders since I put it up right over a stairway. I did all the measurements on a CAD program so that everything would be spaced just right.
Happy with how it looks?"
Pretty much. I might go back one day and reprint the covers on nicer paper, but for now, I do like it quite a lot.
Thanks.

Thanks. I printed out scans of the covers and framed the 8.5"x 11" pictures. I figure if I ever do want to change the books, it would be pretty easy to just change the pictures in the frames.

That's no excuse. ;-) You don't have to be so specific as to make sure a book's title has a word such as "Two", "Five", or "Eleven" in it. For example, for the number five I used a book that has "Fifth" in the title and twelve is "12th." Also, for my seven, I used the book Snow: A Retelling of Snow White and the SEVEN Dwarfs. And really, you know the positions of the numbers on a clock, you can use any books you want. If you want to create a beauty like this of your own, just have fun with it. :-)
