I am really liking this challenge. I even got my oldest TBR book off though I chose to remove it without reading it. Someone of the Goodreads reviews content warnings cited brutal rape scenes and animal mutilations. So I said No Thanks and ditched it. I did read the above.

I am off to a super slow start but hoping I can get another 3 books for the challenge this month! If not, maybe I'll be able to come back later in the year to round it off.

Do we have any ideas for the next quarter? Maybe consider reading 5 books from 5 different genres? eg historical fiction, memoir, romance, fantasy, thriller?

I like the color theme. Blue, red, black, yellow, white? It is a good way to get the to be read list cleaned up. Many of us have no romance, or fantasy, or what have you genre on or TBR list, but everybody has books of any given color.

Maybe a spring season theme...flowers on cover, flower name in the title or author, or spring months listed in the title, author, or publish date.
