Each night at precisely 4:33 am, while sixteen-year-old London Lane is asleep, her memory of that day is erased. In the morning, all she can "remember" are events from her future. London is used to relying on reminder notes and a trusted friend to get through the day, but things get complicated when a new boy at school enters the picture. Luke Henry is not someone you'd easily forget, yet try as she might, London can't find him in her memories of things to come.



When London starts experiencing disturbing flashbacks, or flash-forwards, as the case may be, she realizes it's time to learn about the past she keeps forgetting-before it destroys her future.

(view spoiler)[every time London meets Luke anew she always says something about his good looks, I can't help but imagine whether London would be attracted to Luke the same way if he weren't attractive in looks but she had notes about only his personality traits (which are attractive)!! (view spoiler)[London miraculously can remember now? What a traumatic incident, no wonder she forgot what happened with her brother and father. What explains her ability to see the future though? It seems a bit too convenient that the police officer would buy her story so easily. (hide spoiler)]

(view spoiler)[Felt like the concept was a great idea but it was wasted on London's love story with Luke. The whole mystery surrounding a funeral was dragged out so long that the ending felt rushed. She hadn't talked to her father for so long and her brother seemed to be alive. No problem, dedicate one page where she calls her dad and things are fine and dandy and dedicate another page where she remembers the future and she sees her family reunited with her brother.
