2025 Reading Challenge discussion

I'm going to try to read 12 books this year outside of all the reading that I have assigned as as a grad student. 12 books is a low number, but it would be great to read even 12 books outside of all the other assigned reading that comes with grad school.

I'm impressed with your goal. Reading for pleasure and being in grad school at the same time says a tremendous amount about your time management skills. May your pleasure reading refresh and invigorate you. May you find some five star reads.

When I joined Goodreads several years ago, I was writing my Bachelor's degree and had the same goal, for the same reason. Not expecting to meet it, I was actually surprised I managed to surpass it by the end of the year.

I hope you have an amazing 2024 and discover lots of great books that can help you in escaping all the assigned reading once in a while.
