When You're At The End Of Your Rope. -Imagine you are going down the side of a 200-foot cliff — with a 100-foot rope. At 99 feet down, you find yourself dangling “at the end of your rope.” What an apt metaphor for a hopeless situation. At this juncture, there are but three options — none of them good: 1) Try to climb back up (which is physically impossible for most people), 2) hang on as long as you can in hopes of an eventual rescue, or 3) give up and let go. When we are at the end of our rope-and it happens to all of us sooner or later -God is here to rescue us (option 2); so don’t give up. - He reached down from heaven and rescued me; he drew me out of deep waters.-Psalm 18:16 Even youths will become weak and tired, and young men will fall into exhaustion. But those who trust in the LORD will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint. -Isaiah 40:30-31
So let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up.-Galatians 6:9

I’ve been there more than once. God carried me until I could stand and take His hand again. Don’t give up. God will use this to strengthen character and draw you closer to Him. He can also use you to help someone in a similar situation once you’ve grown from it.
