Play Book Tag discussion

Hi there! It's been a while. I fell off the face of the earth, aka social media, at the end of December 2022. I was going through Prolonged Exposure Therapy and I injured myself severely. If that wasn't enough, I had stress hives for nearly 3 months. I didn't read much last year and I pretty much stopped posting on social media because I was just trying to keep my head above water.

I'm doing a lot better now. I'm reading again. I'm blogging again. I'm posting on Instagram again. And, now I'm coming back to PBT as well.

I hope everyone's doing well and had a lovely holiday season.
