Marian F According to Google Translate, this is PERSIAN (not Arabic, which was my first guess), and it says:
"Hello. Here we are going to celebrate together and remember how happy we are that the most beautiful angel in the world came into this world today, the one who is enough as the only reason to live. Happy birthday Aida"
Incidentally, this April will be the 80th anniversary of the publication of THE LITTLE PRINCE. I don't think the poster was thinking of that.
