I cann't open the thread about author profiles containing only blank notebooks (An unexpected error occurred). What should I do with these books?

There are 293.000 "books". Are they valid?

1, now removed
2, the few I looked at all seem to be valid books, if you identify items that shouldn't be on Goodreads you could request removal on a one-by-one basis https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/...

Is this book (Report on Farm Horizontal Blade-Type Stalk Shredders, Cutters, and Rotary Mowers) valid? It hasn't ISBN. I read Librarian Manual about Valid book records and Non-book items and I can’t relate this book to any of the topics.

It looks like a book to me, a report published in paperback format and made available for sale. Most books have an ISBN but I don't think it's essential.
