Right now these 'bot sets to Invalid - human returns to Public' edits aren't included as a changelog entry at all.

+1

I've passed on your request to add the Amazon book status changes to the Librarian log and will let you know in this thread if any changes are made.

- No cover is imported
- the ebook version isbn 10 and 13 are imported together with the kindle asin and Goodreads librarians have to be signalled to divide the two edition
- they are imported with the (Italian edition) useless note
- they are imported ad stand alone and not merged with their other languages versions (and in the case of prolific authors and different translated titles the merging is long and tedious)

I came by to say exactly the same thing!
Every single edition has the same issues :(
Hi all. The issue with paragraph spacings / line breaks in book descriptions not being retained by the Amazon import should be resolved over the next few days.

New examples of books published a week ago with 'unknown author' and without information:

Hi annob (and everyone). Please let me know if you see any future incidents where the import changing the book status isn't reflected in the log. This should be fixed for any future changes, e.g: https://www.goodreads.com/book/edits/...
Let me know if I've misunderstood and that isn't the change you were requesting.

I was so happy to see this fix, but when I try to trigger it, the log remain as blank as before.
New example where I just now changed this edition back to Public status. You can see my user name in the data table of the log (the classification field), but not as a entry resembling your example:

Thanks for letting me know, and sorry about that! I've reported your example to the team and I'll share any updates here.

I have noticed this for many German editions as well and sometimes also (Kindle edition) is added to the title. As this has been going on for quite some time already (>1 year), I am wondering, if this is intentionally (although according to the Librarian Manual it is not how it should be done)?

Nothing to report just yet. I'll be actively posting any updates as we have them.

I wasn't sure who to contact to make a correction and thought this group may be a good place to start, but not sure if I picked the right topic. Let me know if there's a better place to post this info. Thanks!
