Is it possible to combine classic editions when there are a whole bunch of them? I can't do it (using workID), my computer freezes...

I recently ran into a similar issue where there were 2,500 editions of a book on an author's profile and the vast majority of them were uncombined. Obviously way too much work for a single Librarian to fix.

I contacted GR support and they were able to combine them all. Worth reaching out to them and see if they can take care of the examples you listed.

Some combines [and separates] require a superlibrarian when there are lots of shelvings. Try in the superlibrarian folder.
