Blake | 21 comments YES THE CONSEQUENCES OF IDEAS!!!! I have to read it for school but it is actually realllllllly good. it is Christian based, idk if you care, but it's not super over the top trying to sell Christianity just talking about different philosophies/ philosophers

caleb (xxaleb) starting with philosophy is always messy, i think the best would be to either get a basic high school level textbook to get a taste of multiple authors or to start with the first book of any well-known philosopher you've heard about !!

Viki | 26 comments I heard that “the gifts of imperfection” by Brené Brown is an amazing book! My sister read it and she told me that I have to read it. So it’s on my list now :)

Viki | 26 comments Hey Hadley! I would recommend to read “tell me your dreams” by Sidney Sheldon. My whole family read it and our jaws were literally on the floor. It does have some triggering themes though (since it is a psychological thriller). I read it a few years ago, but still amazing book!

I would also recommend “Black Water Lillies” by Michel Bussi, thriller/mystery book! Amazing book

PS: my family members like really different genres. But these two books were a huge hit for everyone :)
