Our theme for the March 2024 Group Read is SMALL TOWN HORROR; those out of the way, "forgotten" towns where creepy things happen more frequently, and outsiders don't belong.
While Stephen King has made a Derry a household name, 'Salem's Lot, and many others, for THIS month we do NOT want any King nominations. Let's give some other books/authors a chance to have the spotlight!

This is the second book in a series, so I'm not sure if everyone would want to read this without first reading book one....

I've read this and it takes place in a small town/countryside. I think it would fit the theme.

I nominated Witchland: The Graphic Novel. Creepy new graphic novel about a town next to a nuclear plant - and a witch. It's fun, creepy and has really cool graphics.

Summer of Night by Dan Simmons. Oldie but a goodie.
