Thanks, Kate! I've read a couple of the new options but I can sub in the next in the series for at least one of them. Looking forward to several of them on my TBR! Thanks again!

message 63: by Marie (new)

Marie (coffeebooksmotherhood) | 14 comments Emma, I tried to stick to your TBR soon list. I kept going to pick "new" books for you for certain categories, realizing the book I thought of was on your TBR list (and couldn't get it to show which one) and then had to move those to the TBR pick vs the "new" pick. We have a lot of overlap in reading!

🎥 Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King –
TBR:Shadow and Bone
New: Rhapsodic

🎥 Titanic –
TBR: The Time Between Us: An emotional, gripping historical page turner
New: A Curious Beginning (travels somewhere)

🎥 West Side Story –
TBR:Happy Place (good secondary characters)
New: Half a Soul (fairy tail retelling)

🎥 The English Patient –
TBR: Nine Rules to Break When Romancing a Rake
New: A Rogue by Any Other Name

🎥 Amadeus –
Tbr: Shipwrecked With Mr Wrong (11 in publication date)
New:Viciously Yours (sneaky character)

🎥 My Fair Lady –
TBR: Rush (different social standing)
New: The Witchwood Knot (magical England)

🎥 Gone With the Wind –
TBR: The Notebook (made into a movie)
New: A Study in Scarlet Women (tagged historical)

🎥 Shakespeare in Love –
TBR: Flying Tips for Flightless Birds (tagged humor)
New: The Wisteria Society of Lady Scoundrels (tagged humor- technically it's on one of your TBR's but this is my favorite funny romance)

Sonja (sonjac) | 1364 comments Hi HeatherMarie! Here are your picks for March! Hope you find something good!

🎥 Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King
TBR: Never Wager with a Wallflower (part of a trilogy and last book in series)
NEW: These Hollow Vows (Fantasy) *I’m reading this one for March (hopefully). Let me know if you want to buddy read!*
Never Wager with a Wallflower (The Merriwell Sisters, #3) by Virginia Heath These Hollow Vows (These Hollow Vows, #1) by Lexi Ryan

🎥 Titanic
TBR: A Curse of Tooth and Claw (4.0+ rating)
TBR/NEW: The Traitor Queen (4.0+ rating/travel) *Had to get this one on your radar. I really enjoyed this one and am only marginally annoyed that the last book does NOT pick up where this one left off!*
A Curse of Tooth and Claw (The Ozero Curse #1) by Nicolette Elzie The Traitor Queen (The Bridge Kingdom, #2) by Danielle L. Jensen

🎥 West Side Story
TBR: Bro and the Beast 1 (retelling)
NEW: Which Witch is Which? (great secondary characters) *Really enjoyed this whole series!*
Bro and the Beast 1 (The Wolf's Mate, #1) by L.C. Davis Which Witch is Which? (The Witches of Port Townsend, #1) by Cynthia St. Aubin

🎥 The English Patient
TBR: At His Countess' Pleasure (Titled character/Europe)
NEW: The Duke Alone (titled character/Europe) *Really surprised how much I enjoyed this one*
At His Countess' Pleasure by Olivia Waite The Duke Alone (The McQuoids of Mayfair, #1) by Christi Caldwell

🎥 Amadeus
TBR: Knockout (sneaky character!) *I loved Imogen’s character and her controversy with the uptight Thomas! She was very sneaky and it was a fun read and series!*
NEW: Fall (musician) *Saw you read and enjoyed the first two books in this series. May I recommend you get to Jax’s story? This one got me good!*
Knockout (Hell's Belles, #3) by Sarah MacLean Fall (VIP, #3) by Kristen Callihan

🎥 My Fair Lady
TBR: Space for Love (how much more different in social standing than alien/human?!) *This sounds fun!*
TBR: Spinster Sister (set in England) *Had to get this one on there as it sounds good!*
Space for Love (Spire Station #1) by Emily Antoinette Spinster Sister (Lawless Ladies, #1) by Elise Marion

🎥 Gone With the Wind
TBR: Love and Other Scandals (historical tag)
TBR/NEW: Lessons in Chemistry (made into steaming series!) *I read this before I realized it was made into a TV series! It was really good and now I have to get an AppleTV account so I can watch the show!*
Love and Other Scandals (Scandalous, #1) by Caroline Linden Lessons in Chemistry by Bonnie Garmus

🎥 Shakespeare in Love
NEW: The Perils of Pleasure (tagged humor on my shelf!) *I saw you had one book in this series so I’m adding the first. I read them all and liked the series. This long-standing family rivalry touches on the Capulet/Montague dispute from Romeo and Juliet, ah more Shakespeare references! So there! Close enough!*

Happy reading!

Luckily it happened after I noted all my picks! I was able to finish 2 this month - sort of. One was a series sub for a series book I'd already read.
