I'm sorry. To me that looks more like a sombrero. There are many types of cowboy hats, that's why the description says "stereotypical cowboy hat" like the ones in the pictures. I hope you can fit it in somewhere else.

I'm really sorry. The description specifically says a shoreline showing water and sand, and I don't see this here. I'm going to have to say no.
