I'm sorry. To me that looks more like a sombrero. There are many types of cowboy hats, that's why the description says "stereotypical cowboy hat" like the ones in the pictures. I hope you can fit it in somewhere else.
Would this work for option 2? It's stylized, but you can see where the island meets the ocean,

Do other Caribbean nations/islands count toward option 4, like Curaçao, Barbados, Trinidad and Tobago, etc?
