The Tethered World and the Wingfeather Saga(both fantasy) are my go-to recs! They’re awesome with great Christian themes. Nadine Brandes is another awesome YA author😉

Gotcha, keep the teams the same for the year, but rebalance each month. Whichever team has the most points for March wins March, start again for April, same teams, but we start at 0 for April but keep the running totals for the year. More opportunities to win and the end of the month could be pretty exciting. Hope that makes sense. Don't want to over complicate. A year is a long time for a contest but I'm in either way.
