Addicted to YA discussion

I don't like smut much, but I love fantasy, I read the Stephanie Garber series (caraval/OUABH), and I literally loved them. There is a lot of tension, though no explicit scenes, and the romance isn't really the main plot.
Do you have any recommendations like that?

I love the Grishaverse!! I recommend The Folk of the air trilogy, it's really good. Maybe you'll need time to get used to the writing style, but it's definitely worth it!! The series gets better with each book

Anything by Juliet Marillier. Great fantasy with the occasional lightly written sex scene in a couple of them, by no means over the top.

Jeanette O'Hagan is another good one.
