I do like Mac, although he's not my fav, and I didn't exactly ship him and Rose. But did I really ship her with anyone? It's been a while since I read it.

If I remember correctly, I did like Aunt Jessie, but I thought she was a little too strict at one point. I think it was something about what she allowed her sons to read. Like, she thought the adventure books they read were unrealistic, and made them think money was the most important or something like that. And I was just wondering how, and what are they allowed to read, lol.

We definitely don't agree on everything 😂 Aunt Jessie was the only aunt I really liked in there simply because she was stricter, she genuinely cared about her boys and wanted to raise them right. But she was also very kind.

I mean, I think she was great, but I just didn't see anything wrong with what was said about the books they were reading as long as they understand that riches aren't what matter, and all that. But it's been a little while since I read it, so maybe I'm remembering wrong. She was my favorite aunt, though. :)
