I've noticed there is a page to see who are the "Top Librarians," so I know the site is tracking who did how many edits. Is it also tracking what edits each person did? It would be nice to be able to see the history of the edits I've made, similar to the submission history on IMDB.com, or the contribution history on Wikipedia.

Yup! Go to your profile, then click where it says "Goodreads librarian." That's it :)
