JackAttack Oddly excited to try this book! My friend that recommended this book commented that it is a very memorable, difficult (as in troubling) read. A look at reviews shows a lower rating than I typically go for and polarizing reviews. We'll see!

JackAttack Week 17 Thoughts - Less Than Zero ♥♥♥

What a dark, depressing book. This book seemed to have no plot, no character development...nothing that you would see in a typical book. It detailed the shallow, spoiled lives of rich young adults in California during the mid 1980s. I shouldn't have liked this, but I couldn't put it down! Every page brought a new low to these characters. The attitude and actions of these young kids are shocking and horrifying and COMPLETELY pulled me in.

So yea, I liked it. I would definitely read more from Bret Easton Ellis but I wouldn't read this again. If you like 'edgy' books, this may be worth your time. If nothing else, at just over 200 pages it was a quick read!
