Can I add a magazine with especial edition or for big festivals like Eid and puja with or without ISBN. This edition is look like a real book and dedicate for literature including mostly brand new poem, story, novel, essay etc. Some have isbn but invalid start with 911,913 etc. some have not.

It might be ISSN, not ISBN (Wikipedia: "An International Standard Serial Number (ISSN) is an eight-digit serial number used to uniquely identify a serial publication (periodical), such as a magazine")Please give a specific example.
This is not an ISBN or an ISSN.Google search didn't give me anything other than the name. Can you tell the content of this magazine?

Sorry, I can't answer this question. As far as I know Eid and Puja are religious cultural festivals, so special edition of the magazine dedicated to them is invalid as well as a regular magazine.According to the Manual the exception is literary magazine valuably contributing or dedicated to literature. If this is the case then it's valid. Since I don't understand Bengali, I can't tell what type of magazine this is.

No, this special edition is not for specific religion people. Those edition is contain brand new(mostly) poem, story, novels, essay etc. that is literery contributing a lot. Later those content like poem or story and novel published in a single book. Then what is your opinion.
In this case, you can add it. Literary magazines are valid (even without ISBN).
But I added some using those Invalid ISBN number. What can I do now?
You can contact support (only they can change ISBN) or you can leave it as is. I don't see much difference between an empty field or an invalid number in this case.
