How many books did you read during this readathon? Did you have any favorites?
How many books did you finish?
Did you accomplish your goals for this readathon?
How did your snacks and meals work out? Are there things you would change about the food and beverages side of your readathon for next time?
Did you enjoy this readathon? What was the most successful part of your readathon? What would you change for next time?
Will you be continuing your readathon reading past the end of our official readathon?

How many books did you read during this readathon? — I read 6 books/comics.

Did you have any favorites? — Definitely The Godbreaker. Great finish to a very good epic fantasy trilogy.

How many books did you finish? — One novel (Godbreaker), one graphic novel (Walking Dead Vol. 25), one comic (How you know your vat is plotting…)

Did you accomplish your goals for this readathon? — No goals.

How did your snacks and meals work out? Are there things you would change about the food and beverages side of your readathon for next time? — I would do more meal prep next time. Life was too busy for that this time.

Did you enjoy this readathon? What was the most successful part of your readathon? What would you change for next time? — I would make sure not to have any other plans. I wasn‘t very organised this time around. High point was really focusing on Godbreaker.

Will you be continuing your readathon reading past the end of our official readathon. — Yes, but it will be pretty low key, with the TV in the background.

Doris (webgeekstress) | 63 comments How many books did you read during this readathon? Did you have any favorites?
I dabbled in four: The Silmarillion, A City on Mars: Can We Settle Space, Should We Settle Space, and Have We Really Thought This Through?, Hitchcock's Blondes: The Unforgettable Women Behind the Legendary Director's Dark Obsession, and Minor Detail

How many books did you finish?
I didn't finish any

Did you accomplish your goals for this readathon?
Not really, but then again, this readathon caught me by surprise and I was ill prepared

How did your snacks and meals work out? Are there things you would change about the food and beverages side of your readathon for next time?
I was well fed for this readathon. I don't think I'll need adjustments for future readathons

Did you enjoy this readathon? What was the most successful part of your readathon? What would you change for next time?
I did enjoy, but as mentioned above, I was ill-prepared and I didn't get in much reading time. (Another confounding factor was that I awoke the morning of the readathon to a water outage, which upended my chore schedule and affected my reading schedule.)

Will you be continuing your readathon reading past the end of our official readathon?
I already did, and in fact managed to finish two of my three readathon books (Minor Detail and Hitchcock's Blondes).

Lisa (blazeofgold) | 9 comments I read 4 books, finished two. All but one I was reading prior to the readathon. The new book I started was Kurt Vonnegut’s “A Man Without A Country.” Loving it!

I didn’t set goals and don’t usually. Except to just read as long and often as possible during the ‘thon. I did have to work on Saturday so am still reading through Sunday.

I didn’t plan snacks this time. Just ate and cooked what I had on hand.

Yes! I always enjoy the readathons and look forward to them. It’s fun to read in the virtual company of other book lovers. And I really enjoy reading everyone’s posts and getting recommendations for new books.

I will be continuing the spirit of the readathon, making an effort to choose book over screen daily.

Lynnette | 324 comments I seem to have the worst luck with these readathons. I was going great in the early part of the day and then I had ridiculous abdominal pain and ended up spending the night in the hospital. I’m fine now but missed out again

Brittany | 34 comments For working a night shift and not reading anywhere near as long as I hoped I still did pretty well with finishing books this readathon!
Only Hard Problems (Galactic Bonds, #2.5) by Jennifer Estep finished ~ 122 pages read
The Lying Woods by Ashley Elston finished 5 hours 50 min listened to ~ 210 pages
Office Gods (Volume 1) by Catharina Octorina finished
Hell's Bell (Lizzie Grace, #2) by Keri Arthur started ~20 pages

Thought I might finish a manga before bed but it didnt happen.

Readathons are always fun, they just always seem to land on my weekends to work!
