So this isn't classified as a romance, but I thought Empire of the Vampire was really good, and there is definitely romance as a subplot!

I also recommend Empire of the Vampire. Romance isn't at the forefront of the book, but is is a marvelous vampire story nonetheless.

tempest of tea is so good and has vampires in england its like fantasy, byt romance is t the forefront of the book

It Is about a Priest named Kaname who Is In love With A Vampire named Al and um they....do ¨some Things¨ During the book as well...and It Is In a Alternate Universe where the Church Is Fine With It

I liked Bride but it's vampire/werewolf so not sure if that's what you're looking for!

Shadow of Night

This is about a witch and vampire! It also has some history laced throughout it. They also time travel!

Lucy Undying is coming out this September! It sounds like a good WLW vampire romance.

Carmilla and Laura by S.D Simper is pretty great. the original version of the story, Carmilla is also equally great too!

Twilight is really good. I'm kinda suprised no one recommended it yet.
I've also heard good things about Cruel Illisions. I'm not sure if that's a romance though.

King of Battle and Blood (the writing is kind of like a bad fanfic but its still entertaining)

Vampire Diaries. it was a very good series but some of it was rlly spicy so not for younger readers!

All Souls trilogy by Deborah Harkness ✨ if you liked Twilight in high school you’ll love this!

a dowry of blood by st gibson!!! it’s about dracula and his brides and it’s quite gothic and beautiful

Vampire Academy was a good series! Although I loved the skin off series Bloodlines sooo much more
