Luksa Malquist | 13 comments Bad writing. Even if it has the best plot in the world, if the writing is bad I can’t read it 😂

Maya Daisy (semi hiatus bc of this lil thing called lif | 20 comments something I really hate is when the author tries so hard to make the main character 'not like other girls'. As soon as she starts talking about how she doesn't wear makeup because thats SO gross, and like caring about how you look and enjoying clothes is SO shallow, I close that book and toss it against the wall.

nicki (ak’s version) ✧.* | 18 comments Too spicy. If the plot can’t progress outside of the bedroom, I’m not here for it.
I hate bully romance tropes. I don’t like instalove but I also don’t like… hate.
Im getting really tired of the third act breakup.

viktoria | 7 comments Every chapter is short (like five pages each or less), bad writing, grammatical errors

chrysa | 5 comments When the book is “spicy” and lacks plot or when and they make the fmc look weak because she lost someone or her powers. Okay I know that it’s realistic because when you lose something special to you it’s hard but in books I want the main characters to be able to stand up and own up to their role.Even if it sounds like too much pressure because in real life I would be but when I’m reading I want my girl to my untouchable.

Wishrunner | 25 comments Grammar errors, bad writing, pick-me girls, when there isn’t a plot since the author is focused on the romance/smut, when the author tries to make weird things romantic, if the male love interest is too protective, nicknames, when it mentions a classical book that it’s very clearly trying to be like (ex: when a female love interest loves reading Pride and Prejudice and is obsessed with Mr Darcy. Or when in a book with a haunted house where the mc is reading Rebecca.)
