What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

I read the book around 2019.
The main female character:
Her grandmother or elderly aunt dies (sorry I can’t remember) and leaves her the beach house, so after breaking up with her boyfriend she goes back to her hometown to stay at the house because it’s the only place she has left.
When she gets there her bestfriend growing up shows up and he hates her because he was always in love with her or something and feels like she abandoned him. He also has a new girlfriend.
She finds out she’s pregnant with her exs baby not too long after.
The main male character:
He’s an aspiring musician and sings daughters by John Mayer about the MFC’s daughter at the local bar.
He goes on tour after they get together and while he’s away the baby chokes on a Christmas ornament that fell off her sweater and the mum calls him in a panic and he shows up at the hospital the next day (the babies fine).
They get married on the exact date he has branded on his back because he wants to give it a new meaning.
He adopts the MFCs child.
