I have a short book for horse I can do if need be. I know Albie was reading for that one so I didnt want to take it. I will do it if we get closer to finishing this board. I also have all 3 of my current reads going towards Medal.

Yeah the closer we get to the end, just take letters. If other people finish we can swap them out. I only added Tainted Cup to the spreadsheet, will add the others later

We have a rule, no more than 10 over the course or one day. Preferably not all at once. It skews the scores as well

I am being so slow with my ebook he Crying House|58544882]. I am 70%- so hopefully finish in the next few days. I just feel so tired by the time I get to bed to read- yay for the weekend though!

I think we still have another Winter Willows books to get to, right? We can do that one if you can get it on audio.

Maddie do you want to push back booms 2 and 3 of Windy City to next month? I am having a hard time getting into Mile High, and it will give you time to catch up on other buddies.

@Courtney: Yep that works haha I won't be getting to Windy City for a good while. I'm almost at the point where I cancel all of my buddy reads and start again when I'm fully caught up lol but they're all still books I want to read. I just can't keep adding stuff when I'm not reading what I've already got planned

I've got a full day of reading tomorrow because my fiance's working and then possibly out at a party. I want to get through all of and also more into my other books if I can.
I need to start because it's a buddy read from the first of the month and we are one week off the end... This month wasn't short on buddy reads either. I'm so stressed and overwhelmed by books but I want to read everythinggggg

Can we shuffle after things are posted? If so I found an audio for this and it has flip flops on the cover. Was thinking I might try and get a buddy and do it for that word so we can complete a word?

I might be able to buddy something else with you since we are going to put off the rest of Windy City series until later. ( , , are ones I have that are free if you have an audible subscription). I am pretty sure I can get the flip flop book as well.

Yes they are free with the subscription. I can buddy read the flip flop one with you so we can cover it for both rounds. Also yes I think we should wait to shuffle them around.

I finally want to read more so I am going to read a couple of manga and then read a sequel I've been anticipating.

haha I just looked at the SS and saw that flipflop has already totally been done, I think because when I was at work I saw the comment about us not finishing the first board and I thought on the scores I could see flipflops hadn't been done, but it has :P

I am happy to do any of those audios Courtney, as I have audible, but no credits.

also I saw my is for E in medal. I have finished that just need to update buddy thread and review, but thought I would check how I claim it for E before posting? is it any letter, not just the beginning letters?

There is an E in house. It just needs to be anywhere in the title. However, if you move it to the R in mirror it will finish the word.

Oh I did not know we could use any letter in the title :P haha I have been trying to use letters at the start of words.

Its any letter in the title, authors names, or series name I believe.

So it looks like the O for mirror was never posted. It is marked green on the SS, though. For now I will change it to yellow.

I found a book for horse and moved the two we had for that word already so this is all we need to finish the first round:

O in Mirror (I think Quinci finished it. It's not posted, but it was on the SS as posted, so I'm not sure what going on yet).

I’ve just started well and truly pucked and hooked. I’ve added hooked to the ss as I’ll finish it quicker as it’s audio, but I won’t add well and truly picked until I’m close to finishing so I don’t take anyone’s letters

I think its just based off who finishes first at this point, but with round 2 so close you can save them and post them then if someone takes them. I know Maddie is reading something for D as well. Also I dont know if everyone checks the chat before they post so they might not see this.

You can add Well and Truly Pucked to board two if you want. Thats what I did.

Shae would you be okay moving Hooked to M (Author's last name)? Anshika and I both have E books. So if you move it to M we will have somone reading for every letter left for round 1.

I’m ok to put it anywhere :) now I know it’s all the letters in the title/ series name/ author, it makes it easier. I’ll just check the ss when I’m finished :)

This is what I was going to suggest. I found books for 5 of the words and they are all short audios, that I am hoping to start today as well as continue through my last four buddies. Also, you can put the bicycle book on the SS for round two, and turn it blue (Finished but not posted).

Courtney what short audios? Let me know, if I can get them I can buddy them and get buddy points and use for letters for words instead of the words you use them for
