littlefox (not as active) | 154 comments i like to read acknowledgements to see if the author name-dropped any other authors i like. a lot of popular authors are friends with each other so i love to see how my favorite author contributed to the book (for example, leigh bardugo and holly black are friends, so whenever i read one of holly's or leigh's books, the other is named in the acknowledgements)
