The last day of each month begins a new themed challenge of 10 tasks. There are four “Extras” that apply to all 10 tasks which can change each month. Whoever completes all 10 themed tasks first can suggest next month’s bonus tasks. Whoever receives most points picks next month’s theme with suggestions for tasks. Only one reward per challenge and no one person can receive the same award two months in a row. Also members can suggest a title of a book for the group reads shelf. The group read is a bonus task worth 10 extra points that will be added to over total points total. However the Extras points won’t apply. Reading all the books on each month’ guarantees that member’s pick a place on the Group Reads shelf the next month. Group Reads picks can be any book. One you would like to read and discuss, a favorite book read in the past or a new author to share.
