No, I don't believe so. I am currently an amazon affiliate, and I know a few amazon affiliates, as well as other book site affiliates. Most of them leave their custom links on their blogs, and it hasn't posed a problem. I don't think Amazon would delete your reviews. As an affiliate of amazon, you are supposed to leave links to amazon products, and if anyone buys that product through your link you would earn so much of it.
