Goodreads Authors/Readers discussion

I’ve nearly finished writing my first YA novel.
Some friends have been reading during the writing process.

Then someone made a good point. My readers are 40-60. It would be a good idea to get an actual young adult to give feedback.

Only problem is… I don’t know any.

Any one else been in this situation and how did you deal with it?

I’m presuming that running up to random young adults and saying ‘hello, wanna read my magic book?’ might lead to misunderstandings. :D
