Wild Things: YA Grown-Up discussion

Hi all,

I'm Marie, 35 and love reading all paranormal books. Before Twilight I could be seen hanging around the scifi and horror shelves. Since Twilight I now have to loiter in the childrens section as suddenly most paranormal books are classed as YA. Does this make me cool now, I wonder.
Looking forward to reading entries where I can actually tell what someone is saying. I am a member of another group on here and some use text language all of the time and I hate it!

Welcome, we just read Shiver as a group, and have the author coming to chat with us soon! No fear, we're not big on text language around here. Although I do like emoticons :)

Emoticons are fine, I use them myself on another of my groups, so wouldn't shoot you for that, just don't like text speak. I don't even use it on my phone and my mum who is 57 does and it drives me insane!
