I also have a large number of publications that are not mine, showing up in my author dashboard. It seems they're being added by 228 other users? I have only added 8 works. These are the correct works with their respective ISBNs. Please remove any others and move all of these to the list, if not already there. Thank you.

Also - is it possible to stop other people from adding books to my Author Dashboard?

854, Rika, you need to tell us which books are NOT yours, with links, so that we can easily move them. Most likely the books are added from Amazon. Sorry, but when you use a simple mononym you are likely to duplicate with other authors.

Hi. Some "biography" books have started getting added to my author page, even though I did not write them. Could somebody help remove both of these books from my Author Page? And is there a way to prevent future "biography" books from being added, if they get created? It seems like this has the potential to be a reoccurring issue...

Most of the links were repeated, so I removed those and some that seemed similar. I added the books you wrote. Please check if there are still books that are not yours.

Thank you for cleaning up my dashboard!

Now that it's clear, I'd like to try to avoid getting future automatic feeds. Since my name is Rika....one name, it's matching a lot of other authors. If I change my name on my profile, to Ms. Rika - will that improve the filter? Or will it still find things that match "Rika"? Also, will it nullify all the work you guys just did to clean up my page?

[EDIT] I'm just getting started using Goodreads as a platform --- so, I haven't done much with my name as Rika.

I am a Goodreads author with two published works. I have a new book coming out next August, and information about it has been added (not by me) to Goodreads. However, the new book has been assigned to a long deceased author with my same name. Could you reassign it to my profile?

In your system, I believe my name is listed as David Baron with four spaces between my first and last name. My two existing books are THE BEAST IN THE GARDEN and AMERICAN ECLIPSE. My forthcoming book is THE MARTIANS. Here is the page about it that currently exists on Goodreads:

Thanks, I have been advised not to create a new profile as I need my current email address to claim my author profile (the same one I use for KDP). Also, I'd prefer not to have all these books linked to my current account and email address. Is there a way to please sort this out and just have my one book connected to my author account?

That should have been indicated during the claim process. Please contact support and ask them to move you to another profile, or you'll likely keep getting books that aren't yours.
