I wish to delete permanently some of the quotes I have added for a particular book. While I am able to do it under my profile, the deleted ones still appear against the book on the common pages. How to remove those?

Quotes that you upload belong to everyone on Goodreads - not just you or the author. You can link to them if you want, but I am unlikely to be able to remove them.
