destiny ♡ howling libraries (howlinglibraries) | 319 comments Oh, this is an exciting theme! I'm actually really new to SK (I didn't love his writing when I was younger, but enjoy it more now), so almost anything that wins will be new to me unless Misery pulls as many votes in the poll as it has in this thread! 😂

I know it's one of his less "scary" ones, but can I nominate Dolores Claiborne?

message 57: by Steven (new)

Steven R | 3 comments The Dark Half

message 95: by Kris (new)

Kris (culturekris) | 16 comments Thanks to all who have supported a vote for Gunslinger Series! I think I may tap back into that…

message 96: by Diane (new)

Diane Johnson | 121 comments Of his latest works, I've managed to finish The Institute and Fairy Tale, but The Outsider has been on my list for a while. So, if I get to it, I second or third The Outsider

message 97: by Jennn (new)

Jennn | 52 comments As one who read The Outsider before the Bill Hodges/Mr. Mercedes trilogy, I don’t recommend it. Holly references the events that in those books a lot (I tried to skim past those parts to avoid spoilers) and they play a big part in her story and who she becomes in The Outsider. Just wanted to put that out there, although the Outsider is somewhat self-contained.

megs_bookrack ((struggling to catch up)) (megs_bookrack) | 59 comments Duma Key by Stephen King or Cell by Stephen King are my votes for good Summer reads.

But The Dead Zone by Stephen King or Joyland by Stephen King could be fun too!

message 99: by Mollie (new)

Mollie | 3 comments The Outsider!
